Superco has announced the launch of its first integrated co-work and co-play centre in Greater Noida (West), marking its entry into the evolving flexible workspace sector with a capital investment of approximately ₹12 crore.
Located at Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza Mall, Sector 4, the expansive 27,000+ sq. ft. facility houses over 400 seats across flexible hot desks (Super Seats), dedicated workstations, and private cabins. The centre introduces a differentiated model that combines premium workspace infrastructure with structured recreation and curated food and beverage offerings, aiming to increase member engagement, dwell time, and per-seat yield.
A New Asset-Driven Coworking Model
Superco is positioning itself beyond the traditional desk-rental format. The company is targeting 88–90% stabilised occupancy within the first three months of operations. At steady state, this translates into projected annual revenue of approximately ₹15 crore.
The operating strategy focuses on capital efficiency, seat yield optimisation, and operating leverage. By integrating revenue streams beyond conventional memberships—such as in-house F&B, recreation access, and event hosting—the company seeks to strengthen unit-level economics while maintaining predictable cash flows.
Commenting on the launch, Vikram Narula, Managing Director, Superco, said:
“The coworking sector is evolving beyond space aggregation. With Superco, we are building an integrated asset designed for predictable cash flows and strong unit economics. Our focus is on capital efficiency, seat yield optimisation, and creating an environment where productivity and community reinforce each other.”
This asset-led approach reflects a broader industry shift, where operators are moving toward performance-driven models rather than pure expansion plays.
Designed for Focus, Flexibility, and Balance
Superco is purpose-built for the new way of working—where productivity, flexibility, and mental balance hold equal importance. The layout integrates focused work zones, private meeting rooms, compact collaboration pods, and dedicated quiet areas designed to minimise distractions.
At the same time, the centre incorporates recreation and breakout spaces that are tactically separated from work zones to maintain a productive environment. Members can access cricket nets, bowling lanes, pool, snooker, table tennis, and console gaming areas during breaks, allowing them to reset without leaving the premises.
The in-house F&B programme is structured to support longer member engagement while contributing incremental revenue. By combining work and recreation under one roof, Superco aims to create an ecosystem where structured work sessions and short recovery breaks coexist seamlessly.
Serving Emerging NCR Micro-Markets
Strategically located in Greater Noida West, Superco caters to professionals and teams from Noida Extension, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad seeking premium workspace options closer to residential clusters. With sustained residential growth and increasing commercial traction in the region, demand for structured, community-led flexible offices is rising.
The centre’s nearly 30,000 sq. ft. footprint is designed to serve freelancers, startups, consultants, creators, and growing teams. High-speed internet connectivity, power backup, ergonomic seating, meeting rooms, and an event space ensure operational reliability and professional functionality.
Beyond infrastructure, Superco emphasises community engagement through curated interactions and events that foster collaboration. The aim is to create a structured yet fluid environment where independent professionals and modern teams can thrive.
Backed by Operational Experience
Superco is developed and operated by Glued Entertainment Private Limited, which brings over 14 years of operational experience in executing high-footfall, high-utilisation experiential centres across premium mall environments in India. This background informs the company’s approach to spatial planning, revenue diversification, and operational discipline.
The expansion strategy remains measured and performance-focused. Rather than aggressive scaling, Superco plans disciplined growth into select urban micro-markets, prioritising asset performance and unit-level profitability before expanding further.
Redefining the Coworking Experience
Superco positions itself as a next-generation coworking space—one that aligns with the evolving expectations of today’s workforce. As hybrid work patterns stabilise and professionals seek environments that combine convenience with quality, integrated models like Superco may represent the next phase of the sector’s evolution.
By blending thoughtfully designed workspaces with structured recreation and hospitality elements, Superco aims to enhance both productivity and community engagement. The launch in Greater Noida West marks the beginning of what the company envisions as a scalable, asset-efficient coworking platform built on strong fundamentals.
